I DO NOT LIVE IN THE U.S., DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we accept orders and ship worldwide. Starting April 2025
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 7 days for processing and handling. And 3 days for shipping. During high-volume times shipping may be delayed to 1-2 weeks, however, we try our best to get items to you in a timely manner.
Orders from western parts of the United States can expect to have their package arrive within 2-5 business days after an item has been shipped. Orders from eastern parts of the United States can expect to have their package arrive within 3-7 business days once an item has been shipped.
International orders can expect their package to arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipment.
I GOT MY TRACKING NUMBER BUT ITS NOT UPDATING, IS SOMETHING WRONG?
Tracking numbers take up to 60 hours before updating. Please be patient.
I PRE-ORDERED, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Typically, for USA orders, it takes 2-3+ weeks. For international orders, expect 3+ weeks. However, there may be times when shipping is delayed, which is outside of our control. No refunds will be given or accepted for pre-orders unless the order is severely damaged or the wrong item is sent.
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we may not cancel orders once they have been placed. If you would like a refund then we can process a return once items are in your possession, keep in mind that we do not provide labels for a return. Please be sure of the items in your cart before checking out.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO COMPLETE CHECKOUT? WHAT CREDIT CARDS CAN I USE TO ORDER?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to complete checkout. We accept every major credit card via our store checkout and the PayPal checkout.
HOW WILL MY PRODUCT GET SHIPPED TO ME?
We ship all orders via USPS. We use Flat Rate shipping or USPS Priority Mail shipping. On occasion, we may require a signature for delivery on larger orders. We do not use any other shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

We very rarely restock our products, so chances are once an item is sold out it is sold out for good. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time or send us an email at Sainttearsbrand@gmail.com so we can directly provide you with further information.
